Ronin Market - Collection Offers and Trait Offers

Ronin Market offers flexible ways for buyers to place offers on NFTs using two powerful tools: Collection Offers and Trait Offers.

A Collection Offer lets buyers place a single offer that applies to all NFTs within a specific collection. This streamlines the buying process by removing the need to bid on each item individually. Sellers holding any NFT from that collection can instantly accept the offer, making transactions faster and more efficient. Buyers also benefit from a clear overview of all active offers across a collection, improving transparency and market awareness.

Building on this, Trait Offers take things a step further by allowing buyers to target NFTs with specific traits. Instead of offering on an entire collection, buyers can focus their bids on NFTs that match chosen characteristics—like a trait, rarity, or aesthetic. To protect both parties, a metadata verification step confirms the trait match before the transaction goes through. If the match is valid, the NFT is sent to the buyer and the WRON is released to the seller; if not, the assets are safely returned.

Whether you're bidding on a full collection or seeking that perfect trait match, these features give you more control and efficiency in your NFT trading experience on Ronin.

 

Getting WRON

Before we go into the steps of creating your first collection/trait offer, we first need to explain the wrapped token used in offers, WRON.

 

What is WRON

WRON is a special token on Ronin used for placing bids on the Ronin Market. While 1 WRON = 1 RON, only WRON can be used to make offers. Users can easily convert RON to WRON directly within Ronin Market, which is explained below.

 

How to Wrap/Unwrap Your RON Tokens

Automatic Wrapping

While you have the option to manually wrap your RON, you can do an automatic exact swap on the offer page whenever you try to create a collection/trait offer and have enough RON to cover the offer.

 

Manual Wrapping/Unwrapping

If you choose to manually wrap your RON, there are three options to wrap our RON tokens to WRON, and vice versa.

Option 1: Access the RON wrapper page within the Ronin Market by going to this url: https://marketplace.skymavis.com/ron-wrapper. 

Option 2: In the Ronin Market site, you may also just click on your display name & icon at the top right header and select Wrap/Unwrap RON.

Input the amount of RON you wish to wrap then click on Confirm swap. It will then direct you to your Ronin Wallet / Waypoint to sign the transaction. A successful prompt will show after a few seconds once your tokens have been successfully wrapped.

Collection Offers

A Collection Offer allows users to place a single offer on all NFTs within a specific collection, eliminating the need to submit multiple individual offers. Buyers can set a preferred price, and sellers can accept the offer instantly, making NFT trading more efficient.

The system also ensures transparency by providing a clear overview of all offers within a collection, making it easier to track and manage transactions.

 

How to Create a Collection Offer

Step 1: Navigate to the Collection Page

• Go to Ronin Market and open the Collection page of interest.
  
• Click the Collection Offer button located in the top right corner of a collection.
  
  

Step 2: Enter Offer Details

• In the Make Collection Offer dialog box, you will need to set a few things:

• • Trait - For making Trait Offers.
  • Quantity – The number of NFTs this offer can accept.
  • Unit Price in WRON – The price per NFT in this offer.
  • Duration – Set an expiration for your offer that can go up to 6 months.
    
    
• If you don't have enough WRON but have enough RON, you can automatically swap the exact amount of RON to WRON for the offer on the same page.
  
  

Step 3: Confirm the Offer

• Review your details and click Confirm – a confirmation message will appear in your Ronin Wallet/Waypoint account to sign a transaction and finalize.
• A success message will then show once you have completed the offer.
  
  
  

How to Find & Manage Your Collection Offers

First, click on your display name in the top right corner of the interface to go to My Profile. Then, go to the Offers tab to see your offers.

The Collection Offer Made menu displays your collection offers. You can filter these by Active or Inactive status, or by specific collections.

Manage your offers by either leaving them open or cancelling them. To view the details of a specific collection offer, click the eye button next to it.

Details include unit price, status, size, fulfilled quantity, and expiration date

To cancel multiple offers at once, select the checkboxes next to the offers you wish to cancel, then click Cancel selected offers.

 

How to View Collection Offers on a Specific Collection

To find offers for a specific collection, start by opening the collection page you're interested in. Scroll down and navigate to the Offers tab, where you'll see all active offers for that collection.

To refine your search, use the available sorting and filtering options. These tools help you narrow down results and find the most relevant offers based on your preferences.

 

How to Instant Sell an NFT with a Collection Offer

If you are a seller looking for quick liquidity, you can instantly fulfill a collection offer.

Step 1: Open the Collection Page

• Navigate to the collection page where you want to sell an NFT.
  
• If you own an eligible NFT, the Instant Sell button will be visible in the item list.
  NOTE: The offer price accepted here always comes from the highest collection offer available. Trait offers and direct offers are not included.

Step 2: Select & Confirm

• Click Instant Sell, and the system will automatically select the best available offer.
  
• Choose the NFT you want to sell, review the details, and confirm the transaction with your Ronin Wallet/Waypoint.

Alternatively, you can go directly to your NFT’s details page and click Instant Sell, where the best price offer will be selected for you from the collection offers, trait offers, and direct offers available.

Step 3: Complete the Transaction

Upon clicking the Sell button, you will be directed to complete the transaction within your Ronin Wallet or Waypoint. A successful prompt will be displayed on the page once the sale of your asset is finalized.

 

How to Find Collection Offers to Fulfill

If you own NFTs in a collection, you may choose who to sell your asset to based on the available collection offers. Navigate to the collection page and scroll down to the Offers tab.

Review the listed offers and compare them based on unit price, size, and expiration date. You also have the option to fulfill an order based on who the bidder is.

Once you’ve decided on the most favorable offer to you, click Sell to finalize the transaction with your Ronin Wallet / Waypoint.

 

Trait Offers

Trait Offers let you place bids on NFTs with specific traits rather than the entire collection. It’s a more precise way to buy what you want, without sorting through listings manually.

 

How to Create a Trait Offer

Step 1. Navigate to the Collection Page

• Go to Ronin Market and open the Collection page of the NFT .
• Click on the Collection Offer button.

Step 2. Specify the Desired Trait

• Click on the “Trait” dropdown and choose the trait that you want to offer for.

• Please note that you can only select one trait per offer (single trait offer).
• If the trait type is numerical (e.g., level, points), you must enter both a Minimum and a Maximum value for the trait.
• By default, the dropdown is set to Any Trait.

Step 3. Final Details

• After specifying a trait, review your offer details, including the quantity of NFTs, unit price per NFT, selected trait, and duration.
• Price suggestions are also shown on the page based on the current top collection offer and floor price for the collection, you may click the button to automatically apply this price.

• Once you are satisfied with the offer, confirm to finalize the trait offer. Upon a successful transaction, your offer will be listed on the marketplace.

 

How to View Trait Offers in a Collection Page

• Go to the Collection Page of the NFT and open the Offers tab.

• You can use the Filters to display Trait Offers only.
• Trait Offers created by you can be identified by the presence of a Cancel button.

 

How to Sell an NFT via Trait Offer

Step 1. Find a Trait Offer

• Find an active Trait Offer on the collection’s Offers tab.

• You can also sell a specific NFT directly on the details page. This will automatically sell to the highest offer, and will check all eligible trait offers, collection offers, and direct offers.

 

Step 2. Accept the Offer

• Click “Sell” on the offer you want to fulfill.

• Select your NFT, review the transaction details, and confirm.

Step 3. Wait for Metadata Verification

• After accepting the offer, the NFT enters in the metadata match verification process.
• You can stay on the page or click “View pending trait offer” to monitor progress.

• If the metadata matches, the funds will be released and automatically sent to you.

• If the metadata fails to match, your NFT is automatically returned.

You can track accepted offers and metadata statuses in your User Profile. Once you are in your profile, go to Offers, and then Pending Trait Offer.

 

How to Manage Collection/Trait Offers You Created

• Go to your Ronin Market profile. Then, open your Offers tab.
• Click on Collection Offer Made to view all the offers that you created.

Once accepted by a seller:

• Once an offer is accepted by a seller, an Order is established.
• This Order functions as an escrow, temporarily holding the seller's NFT and the buyer's WRON during the metadata verification process, ensuring security until completion.

Note: A single Offer may include multiple Orders from different sellers. Each Order can be monitored individually via the offer’s detailed view, which is represented by an Eye icon.
