How to Buy/Get RON to your Ronin Wallet

There are several ways to purchase RON and other tokens on Ronin. Users can either purchase them through on-ramp services, centralized exchanges, or through decentralized dApps.

There are two main ways to get RON into your Ronin Wallet:

Using On-Ramp Services and Centralized Exchanges

On-ramp Services in Ronin Wallet

Users can purchase RON tokens using credit cards/e-wallets through on-ramp services such as Ramp, Onmeta, or Transak, directly in the Ronin Wallet.

These are third-party entities that have integrated with the Ronin network to allow users to purchase tokens through fiat means (credit card or e-wallets). Here's how to access these services through Ronin:

Step 1: Unlock your Ronin Wallet app/extension.

Step 2: Click Deposit.

Step 3: Select On-Ramp and click on Continue selecting assets.

Step 4: You'll be given the option to purchase various tokens. Select the currency, and you'll be presented with possible providers depending on your selections. Insert the amount and click Next. The last step is to click on Buy Now to proceed with purchasing the token.

Note: Availability of on-ramp services may vary depending on the country you're in. You may check all available on-ramp services for our country on the Deposit page.

Centralized Exchanges

Users can purchase RON on a number of third-party exchanges such as Binance, Coinbase, OKX, Gate.io, and MEXC Global. Once purchased, you can transfer your RON to your Ronin wallet to deposit the RON tokens [make sure to use the Ronin Network].

Exchanges with RON Availability

  • Binance
  • Coinbase
  • Bithumb
  • Tokocrypto
  • Coins.ph
  • OKX
  • Gate.io
  • PDAX
  • Crypto.com
  • CoinEx
  • MEXC
  • Bitget
  • WooX
  • BingX
  • DigiFinex
  • CoinW

NOTE: Exchanges that support RON can change, and this list might not include all exchanges where RON is available. We recommend checking your preferred exchange to see if they support purchasing of RON and withdrawing it via Ronin Network.

Binance Pay and Coinbase Pay is also integrated directly with the Ronin Wallet app, allowing you to transfer RON directly from the exchange to your Ronin Wallet. You may check our How to Deposit article to learn how to use these features.

Using Crosschain dApps and DEXs

If you already have tokens on other networks (like Ethereum, BNB Chain, or Polygon), you can use crosschain dApps to bridge or swap them to RON on the Ronin Network.

⚠ IMPORTANT NOTE: When using 3rd-party dApps, please make sure you do thorough research and only use dApps from developers you trust.

Gas Token Transfer dApps

Some dApps, such as Gas.Zip, allows you to pay using gas tokens in one network to obtain gas tokens in other networks, including Ronin Network.

This is useful for when you already have gas tokens in other networks but are looking to delve into Ronin Network.

To learn how to use Gas.Zip to get RON, you may check our Gas.Zip article.

Crosschain Swap dApps

You can also use crosschain bridges or swap protocols that support Ronin (such as Relay, SideShift, StealthEx, and ChangeNow) to move tokens between chains and convert them into RON.

Using Relay as an example, here's how you swap to RON using cross-chain dApps [steps are generally the same for other crosschain swap dApps]:

Step 1: Connect your source wallet with your tokens in other networks [such as MetaMask].

Note: Ronin Wallet works as well if you have assets in other networks in your Ronin wallet address.

Step 2: Select the network and token you want to send.

Step 3: Choose Ronin as the destination network and RON as the target token.

Step 4: Enter the amount you want to swap, click Swap, then confirm the transaction to complete the swap.

You may also use Ronin Wallet's built-in crosschain swap feature for this, which integrates Relay to perform the cross-chain swap. To learn how to use it, you may check our Crosschain Swap guide.
