Tracking Your Shipment
Once your reward is dispatched from Vietnam, you will receive a tracking number. Please monitor this closely, as the courier may need to contact you to arrange duty payments or confirm delivery details.
Delivery Confirmation
Note that your prized NFT serves as the ticket for your physical item.
Confirmation Period
We typically process this confirmation approximately 30 days after the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. This buffer allows time to resolve any potential delivery disputes or issues before the NFT is burned.
NFT Burning
Once you have successfully received your physical reward, the corresponding NFT will be burned (permanently removed from circulation). This marks the completion of the redemption process.
