Players who’ve earned physical prizes from the Ronin Arcade Shop or from the raffles can redeem them to have them shipped to their address. Here’s a quick guide to help you claim your reward or its RON equivalent.
Redemption Process
Step 1a: On your physical prize NFT, click Confirm Shipping Address to begin the redemption process.
Step 1b: Alternatively, you can also visit this website: https://rf-shipping.vercel.app/ to proceed with the redemption process.
Step 2: You’ll be prompted to connect your Ronin Wallet.
Step 3: Choose which physical prize you’re claiming from your eligible NFTs.
Step 4: Input your complete shipping address.
NOTE: Depending on the item you are claiming, countries available for shipping may vary. For Collectible Cards, if shipping to your country is not available, you may opt to convert your prize to its equivalent value in RON instead, but you will not be able to convert your prize to RON if shipping to your country is available. While for PS5, you may choose to claim RON equal to the item’s value instead of receiving the physical reward regardless of the shipping availability.
Step 5: Review your shipping details, then sign the message transaction in your wallet to finalize your redemption.
Step 6: Once confirmed, your prize will be prepared and shipped to your address.
NOTE: Shipment or RON sending may take a few weeks to process. We may contact you to give you an update or discuss the shipping provider to use that’s available in your country.
After you confirm your shipping address, the NFT will be transferred to prevents duplicate claims.
