The article below only applies to keyless wallets with set recovery password.
Keyless wallets without recovery passwords are not able to be deleted.If you forgot your Recovery Password for your Keyless Wallet, you might be able to recover it if you have imported it on one of your other devices / browsers. If you are unable to recover / remember the Recovery Password, you may permanently delete your Keyless Wallet by following this guide.
⚠ IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting your Keyless Wallet is permanent. Once deleted, you will no longer be able to access the wallet or recover any assets stored in it. Sky Mavis cannot assist in recovering a deleted wallet or its Recovery Password.
How to Find Your Recovery Password
If you have imported your Keyless Wallet previously in your Ronin Wallet App / Extension on any device / browser, and still have access to it, then you can still find the Recovery Password. Please, check this guide here in order to find your Recovery Password.
How to Delete a Keyless Wallet
Step 1: Go to the Ronin Waypoint site and log in using your account linked to your Keyless Wallet.
Step 2: Click on the three-dot menu “⋮” next to your “Wallet Address” in the “Keyless Wallet” section. Then, click on “Recover Password/Delete Wallet”.
Step 3: A pop-up will appear. From there, click on “Delete keyless wallet”.
Note: Alternatively, if you want to recover your Recovery Password and you previously used a Keyless Wallet in the Ronin Wallet App / Extension, you can click on "Find my Recovery Password" and follow the instructions.
Step 4: Make sure to read the warnings and confirm the checkboxes. Then, click on “Continue”.
Step 5: Type your email address linked to your account. Then, click on “Continue”.
Step 6: You will receive an OTP code in your email in order to verify your request and wipe the Keyless Wallet.
Step 7: A confirmation screen will appear confirming that your Keyless Wallet has been deleted. You can now create a new one.
