How to Purchase Packs, Bundles, & Game Items
Below are the steps and some key points to keep in mind before you make your first purchase in the Game store.
Do I need to login before I make my purchase?
- Games bound to a Mavis account will require you to login before making a purchase such as Axie Infinity: Origins and Axie Sky Smash.
- Games that are not bound to a Mavis account will not require you to login but will require you a Game ID instead (i.e. Battle Bears).
Setting up purchase for items that require Mavis Account
- In order to start purchasing items for games that are bound to a Mavis account, you simply need to log in first by clicking the Log In button at the upper right side of the site interface.
- It should direct you to the Sky Mavis login page.
- Navigate the process to finish logging in and start purchasing!
Setting up purchase for items that require Game ID
- Go to the store page and select the items that are available in the store. You can see what stores are available on Mavis Store from the drop-down button in the top navigation bar.
- Input and verify your in-game ID (your in-game ID is the unique ID that represents your account in the game).
How to purchase with crypto?
Cryptocurrency payments work for any of the following tokens: RON, AXS, SLP, WETH, USDC. To deposit/add funds to your wallet, you may check this article.
Step 1: Pick Item You Wish to Purchase
Find the item that you wish to purchase in the respective game store and click on Purchase Now.
Step 2: Verify Email Address & Agree to Terms and Policies
A Purchase Item dialog box will show after clicking on the Purchase Now button. Input your email address then click on the Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy checkboxes to proceed.
Step 3: Choose Payment Method & Select Token for Purchase
Once you clicked on Go To Payment, it should redirect you to the Payment page. Choose Pay with Crypto via Ronin Wallet and choose which token is intended for purchase.
Note: In the initial release, FIAT payments are not available yet. You will need to pay using your Ronin wallet.
Step 4: Connect Ronin Wallet
In the Payment Details section, click on Connect Wallet to connect your desired Ronin wallet account and proceed with the final steps.
Note: Make sure you are in the correct Ronin wallet account to avoid Insufficient balance error.
Step 5: Pay with Ronin Wallet
To finalize the purchase, click on Proceed Payment to sign the transaction with your Ronin wallet.
Once you have successfully completed the transaction, you will receive an email confirmation on the email address that you have inputted on Step 2.
User Profile & Order History
In order to check your user profile and order history, log in with your respective Mavis account and hover over the menu at the upper right corner of the interface and click on User Profile or Order History.

This includes the User ID, the Display Name, and the email connected to the Mavis account.

The "All Orders" section provides a comprehensive overview of every transaction made on the platform, whether the order is pending, completed, or has been canceled. It serves as a centralized hub where users can review their entire order history.

The "Pending Orders" section specifically highlights transactions that are currently in progress or awaiting confirmation. These orders have been initiated by the user but have not yet been completed or processed.

This section is crucial for users who want to keep track of orders that are still in the pipeline, providing visibility into ongoing transactions and actions that may require attention.
Unpaid and unfulfilled purchases expire after a few minutes. You can click on Repay to re:proceed with the payment or let the timer run out to expire the transaction.

The "Completed Orders" section showcases transactions that have been successfully processed, finalized, and delivered. These orders have reached their endpoint, and the associated items or services have been successfully received by the user.

The "Cancelled Orders" section displays transactions that were initiated but, for various reasons, were terminated before reaching completion. This could be due to user cancellation, system issues, or other factors preventing the fulfillment of the order.

Users can review this section to understand instances where orders were not fulfilled and to gain insights into the reasons behind cancellations. It provides transparency into unsuccessful transactions.

Note: You can only view your previous orders if you are logged in. In case you didn't log in with your account upon checkout, you can check the confirmation email we have sent you to review the order details.
FAQ
Why can't I buy certain items in some stores?
Some items are limited by the user account. For example, the Welcome Bundle in the Origins store has a limitation on the number a user can buy. In this case, you will see a message on the item explaining the reasons it can't be purchased.
Are the items on the store NFTs?
Items that are NFTs will have a label indicating that the item is an NFT. NFTs can not be refunded in some cases.
Can I get a refund for my orders?
An order is considered to be refunded only if the Mavis Store can not deliver the item to the game, or what you received in the game doesn't match with what you see in the store. Your refund can be direct or in the form of a credit note, for example: a voucher, or coupon to spend on the Mavis Store. The process for a refund might take 14 to 30 days a while to complete depending on the investigation process. If you think your order matches the cases above, please contact our support team.
Note in case there is a refund, the refund amount will be sent to the payment address with the listed price and currency on the Mavis Store.
How do I know if I have purchased an order successfully?
An order is considered a completed order if your order has entered the status “Completed” in the order history page. If an order is completed, this means the item is already credited to your account and you can check the item in the game.
