Confirming a Withdrawal
To ensure that your withdrawal was successful, you will need to first confirm the status. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Check the "Activities" tab in your Ronin Wallet.
Step 2: Look for a successful status on your withdrawal.
Step 3: If it is not present in the "Activities" tab or in a constant state of "Pending", you can use the Ronin Explorer to search your Ronin address transaction history.
If the transaction failed, a new withdrawal request will need to be submitted.
Finding a Pending Withdrawal
If you approved the withdrawal from your Ronin Wallet, but it remains pending, it needs to be approved through MetaMask or Trust Wallet. Once approved in Ronin Wallet, a pending withdrawal cannot be cancelled. For more information on checking a pending withdrawal, please refer to this article.
Confirming Funds in Your MetaMask, Trust Wallet or Ronin Mobile (ETH network)
If a pending withdrawal is not found on the Ronin Bridge website, and you know it was approved in MetaMask or Trust Wallet, the funds may already be in your wallet. You can use Etherscan to verify this by following these steps:
Step 1: Visit this website: https://etherscan.io
Step 2: Enter your Ethereum address in the search box.
Step 3: Open the dropdown menu in the token row to view your tokens. If you see your token here but not inside your MetaMask or Trust Wallet, you will need to add it to MetaMask or Trust Wallet.
