Space for Free Transactions Is Limited
The availability of free transaction space is limited and allocated within each block. Once the reserved space is filled, any additional transactions seeking to occupy the same space will fail or be delayed and stuck in a pending status. This issue has arisen as a result of our rapid growth, which has exceeded our original projections.
We are keeping a close eye on the system and are prepared to expand the available space as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of our platform.
Solutions for Stuck Pending Transactions
If you encounter a pending transaction that is stuck, there are a few potential solutions:
- Check the Ronin Block Explorer to ensure that the transaction did not go through.
- Resend the transaction: If a transaction is stuck, you can try resending it.
- Lock and unlock wallet before retrying.
- Disable then re-enable the Ronin wallet extension.
- Reinstall the Ronin Wallet or reimport your wallet on a different browser: In case the above solutions do not work, you can try reinstalling the Ronin Wallet. However, before doing so, make sure to save your secret recovery phrase (seed phrase) or recovery password, depending on the type of wallet you own. Your wallet recovery information is required to restore your wallet and without it, your assets will be lost.
