Users can now access both the Ronin Network as well as the Saigon Testnet directly from the Ronin wallet. By default, your Ronin wallet will connect to the main Ronin Network. However, developers can now utilize the testnet to experiment with and test new dApps before they are deployed on the main Ronin Network.
How to Activate Saigon Network (PC)
To change networks, ensure that your Ronin wallet is unlocked.
Step 1: On the bottom left-hand corner of your Ronin wallet extension, you will be able to access the “Settings” by clicking on it.
Step 2: Locate the tab labeled “Active Networks" and click.
Step 3: A small pop-up would appear, hover to "Saigon Testnet" and switch it on.
Congratulations! You have now successfully connected to Saigon Testnet. Clicking the "Close" message on top right-hand of the pop-up will allow you to exit the pop-up. "Active Networks" should now show the Saigon Testnet icon indicating that you have successfully connected to Saigon Testnet.
To disable Saigon Testnet, simply reactivate the pop-up by following steps 1 and 2. Once the pop-up appears, simply toggle "Saigon Testnet" off.
You may click the "home button" on the bottom left-hand to exit the settings.
How to Activate Saigon Network (Mobile)
Step 1: Unlock your Ronin wallet and enter the settings menu by clicking the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Step 2: Locate the tab labeled “Active Networks" and click.
Step 3: A small pop-up would appear, hover to "Saigon Testnet" and switch it on.
Congratulations! You have now successfully connected to Saigon Testnet. To exit the pop-up, simply click on a sliding motion from top of the pop-up down. "Active Networks" should now show the Saigon Testnet icon indicating that you have successfully connected to Saigon Testnet.
To disable Saigon Testnet, simply reactivate the pop-up by following steps 1 and 2. Once the pop-up appears, simply toggle "Saigon Testnet" off.
